Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This includes managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Accommodation and own visa will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in planning company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Faisalabad or have their own visa. However, we are open to considering candidates who require accommodation or visa sponsorship if they meet all other requirements.
