Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Funchal. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential and existing customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate sales.
- Actively promote and sell our products through various sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities with the ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Must be located in Funchal or willing to relocate.
