Senior Architect - Balzers


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This is a contract position with competitive salary, accommodation provided, and preference given to candidates with prior experience in Balzers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects
- Manage a team of architects and ensure their work meets company standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and materials
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead a team effectively and collaborate with clients
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
