Crane Operator


We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, ports, and other industrial settings. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as tower, mobile, or overhead cranes according to safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radios to ensure safe movement of materials
- Rig loads properly and attach them safely to the crane hook
- Operate crane controls to lift, lower, and move materials as required
- Monitor and adjust crane speed and direction based on load weight and site conditions
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including material lifted, hours worked, maintenance performed, etc.
- Report any incidents or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in construction or industrial settings
- Valid certification or license for operating cranes
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Muscat, Oman (candidates from India preferred)
