IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our computer systems and software. This includes setting up and maintaining hardware and software, resolving user issues, and assisting with network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users
- Provide timely resolution of technical problems
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Train users on how to use new technology or software
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer hardware components
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
