Resort Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia



The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a luxury resort in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in the hospitality industry. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the resort.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort.
- Oversee all budgeting and financial planning for the resort.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure efficient communication within the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
