As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Medina. Your main goal will be to ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience and that all aspects of the resort run smoothly. You will be managing a team of staff members and coordinating with different departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Your duties will include overseeing bookings and reservations, monitoring budgets, handling customer complaints, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, staff, and suppliers. You should also possess strong leadership skills to motivate your team and maintain a positive work environment. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Fluency in English is required for this position. This job offers a salary of $1600 per month.
