Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in preparing and serving authentic Egyptian cuisine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing food inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that feature traditional Egyptian dishes while also incorporating modern twists
- Develop recipes and ensure that all meals are prepared according to established standards
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Egyptian cuisine
- Proven knowledge of authentic Egyptian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative menus while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
