Team Lead - Construction Project Management

As a Team Lead - Construction Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of construction professionals to successfully complete projects in Dickirch, India. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning and design to execution and completion. Your team will consist of both Indian and non-Indian employees, so cultural sensitivity and effective communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise
- Monitor progress of projects, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Review project documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Mentor team members by providing guidance, feedback, and training opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Cultural sensitivity when working with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1000 per month (contract job)
