Teamlead for Operations Management

We are searching for a highly organized and experienced Teamlead to oversee our operations management team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our company. Your role will involve managing and coordinating daily tasks, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support to team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations management and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required for this position, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Please note that this job does not include accommodation and candidates must have their own visa to work in Luxembourg.
