Tutor for Language Institute in Manama



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor to join our language institute in Manama. As a tutor, you will be responsible for teaching students of various ages and levels in a classroom setting. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1800$. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must already be based in Manama or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students based on their language proficiency and needs.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other tutors to develop lesson plans and share teaching strategies.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of language teaching.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher in a language institute or similar setting.
- Fluent in English (native speakers preferred) and proficiency in at least one other language.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with students of different ages, nationalities, and backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
- Experience teaching online or using technology in the classroom.
- Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
