Bilingual Office Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are hiring a bilingual office assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for Indians looking for opportunities abroad. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation and data entry tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and payment tracking
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
