Construction Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mauren. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. They should be able to effectively manage and motivate a team, as well as handle all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. A thorough understanding of building codes and regulations is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Fluent in English (Malayalees preferred)
