Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You must have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, with accommodation provided. Fluent English proficiency is required for this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets according to client requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress on site and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, issues or changes
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress
