Java Developer


We are currently looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Your primary focus will be developing high-quality code and ensuring the best possible performance of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java programming language and experience working with various frameworks and libraries. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements
- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development
- Continuously improve application performance and stability
- Work closely with product managers to implement new features and functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Java Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of core Java concepts such as OOP, multithreading, collections, etc.
- Experience working with popular frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
- Working knowledge of databases (MySQL/Oracle) and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
