Senior Industrial Architect


Our fast-growing architectural firm in Triesen is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who has a passion for designing and constructing industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative designs for industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other related facilities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into functional design solutions.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for improvements or renovations.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that they adhere to the design plans and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building codes to incorporate them into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience working on international projects in the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
