As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Herzliya. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules and meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
To excel in this position, you should have prior experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should also be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of financial management.
As our ideal candidate, you should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should also have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
