Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies
- Liaise with building management for maintenance requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month, free visa and ticket, and a challenging yet supportive work environment. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Freshers are welcome to apply.
