Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects meet quality standards, budget requirements, and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Select materials, finishes, and equipment for each project
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Review project proposals before submission to clients for approval
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
