A leading retail company in Bayan is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an Indian or Filipino national with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to management
- Train and supervise sales staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
