Project Manager - Shan, India

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include planning and organizing project timelines, budgets, resources, and tasks, as well as communicating with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, issues, and action plans.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1500 per month
