Entry-Level Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Manager in Shan, India. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with no prior experience in project management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project. This role offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and visa sponsorship for non-Indian applicants. Fluent English proficiency is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects according to client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact timelines or budget
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Prepare project documentation such as timelines, budgets, progress reports, etc.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
