We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project timelines, resources and budget
- Identify project goals and objectives and ensure they are met
- Communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders regularly
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Conduct regular project meetings to keep team members updated on progress and address any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as schedules, status reports, budgets etc.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality standards are met in all deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
