Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with a focus on historic preservation
- Strong understanding of architectural history and styles
- Experience working with historic buildings and structures
- Knowledge of preservation techniques and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess the condition of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that comply with local regulations and cultural heritage guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Ensure that all restoration work is performed according to established standards and best practices
- Document the progress of restoration projects through reports, photographs, and drawings
- Advise clients on maintenance strategies for preserving the integrity of historic buildings over time
