Contract Civil Engineer - Lahore, Pakistan



Our rapidly growing construction company is in need of a skilled and dedicated Contract Civil Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Contract Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in civil engineering principles and project management will be crucial in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Manage construction budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budget constraints.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work is being done within the established timeframe.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
- Monitor safety protocols on the construction site to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports detailing project progress for stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.
