Entry-Level Moderator


As an entry-level moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of content on our online platform. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for creating a positive user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it complies with our platform's guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Actively engage with users to foster a positive and welcoming community
- Identify and escalate any potential violations or fraudulent activity
- Work closely with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation practices
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and updates in platform policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal with a starting salary of $1700 per month.
