Entry Level Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
- Create and manage project schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Oversee quality control to ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month
