Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects, such as commercial buildings, residential homes, and public spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Present design proposals to clients for approval or modification
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in German
