Senior Architect - Residential Projects

We are a leading architecture firm specializing in residential projects, seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of high-end residential projects in the US market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for residential projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential design and construction
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in the US market
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in the US. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located or have authorization to work in the US.
