Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain adequate stock levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and marketing strategies
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1700 per month
