We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Nizwa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front of house, kitchen, and bar.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations by coordinating with staff and handling any issues that may arise.
- Train and supervise all employees to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and attract new customers.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key metrics for management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and managing expenses.
- Familiarity with restaurant software such as POS systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
Location:
This position is located in Nizwa but is open to candidates from any nationality. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
