A reputable construction company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to job site and company regulations
- Inspect crane equipment before each shift and report any defects or issues
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operation as necessary
- Communicate with site supervisors, riggers, and signalers to ensure safe movement of loads
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including load charts, maintenance logs, and time sheets
- Follow proper rigging procedures to lift and move materials in a safe manner
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution or agency
- Knowledge of various types of cranes including mobile, tower, crawler, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders and work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand instructions in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1200$ per month plus benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalee candidates.
