Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for weddings, special events, and everyday occasions
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs
- Maintaining the shop's inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Managing daily operations of the flower shop, including processing orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with other team members to come up with new designs and ideas for seasonal collections

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
- Passion for flowers and creative flair
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to execute precise designs
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
