Experienced Agronomist in Abu Dhabi


We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for managing and improving the agricultural production and processes on our farm. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various crops and their growing conditions in Abu Dhabi
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing crop yields and quality
- Monitor and analyze soil conditions to determine the best methods for planting, fertilizing, and irrigation
- Recommend and supervise the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to ensure plant health
- Provide guidance to farm workers on proper cultivation techniques
- Monitor weather patterns to anticipate potential risks to crops
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to develop business plans for the farm

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Agronomist in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques and soil management practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Biometric passport required (Indian nationality preferred)
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and live on-site (accommodation provided)
