We are a leading architectural firm in Ashdod, Israel and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet our clients' needs and adhere to all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Develop architectural solutions that meet project requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects and support staff in their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Good understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
