We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your strong technical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that align with their vision
- Lead project teams by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and overseeing the work of junior architects
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure projects are completed within set timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing projects from start to finish

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this position.
