Merchandiser Assistant

As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in their daily tasks and operations. Your main duties will include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors. You will also be involved in creating product displays, managing inventory levels, and assisting with promotional campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.

This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket to Medina. We welcome candidates from Pakistan who are fluent in English and possess a valid work permit for Medina. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for those without prior experience looking to start their career in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and consumer preferences
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in creating visually appealing product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and sales to plan promotional campaigns
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of merchandise transactions
- Handle customer inquiries related to products or promotions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English speaker from Pakistan
- Valid work permit for Medina
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools is a plus
