We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at a luxury hotel located in the charming city of Vianden, Luxembourg. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and passionate chef with previous experience working in high-end establishments and a strong background in European cuisine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating menus, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service is maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with health codes
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and caterings
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and food safety standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of European cuisine with the ability to create diverse menus
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Luxembourg
