Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Vianden. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our company's network and computer systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer networks
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages
- Monitor network performance and security
- Upgrade and maintain network equipment
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems or technology solutions
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Create and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in networking technology
- Train employees on proper use of network resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, routing/switching protocols (e.g. BGP), firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

This position is based in Vianden but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
