English-Speaking Moderator for Contract Position in Acre, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English-speaking moderator to join our team in Acre, India on a contract basis. As a moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring online discussions and interactions within our platform. Your main goal will be to ensure that discussions are productive, respectful, and within the guidelines set by our company. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport who have experience in online moderation.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage online discussions and interactions within our platform
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior
- Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in online moderation or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Acre, India. However, due to the current global situation, remote work may be considered.
