We are currently hiring a skilled Florist to join our team in the bustling city of Shan. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and other events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to clients’ preferences and event requirements
- Source and select high-quality flowers, foliage, and other materials for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies to ensure availability for orders
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to clients regarding suitable flower selections based on occasion, budget, and personal preferences
- Offer excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing guidance on care instructions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with event planners or clients directly to plan and execute floral designs for events
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Creativity, eye for detail, and strong sense of design aesthetics
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time

Education Requirement:
A degree or certification in Floral Design or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in floral design or related fields may suffice.

Salary:
We value our employees' dedication and hard work; therefore we offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
