Indian Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi


As an Indian Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing staff, monitoring inventory and expenses, and maintaining the overall quality of our food and service.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian restaurant. You should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language are required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and maintain work schedules for all employees
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and food preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and is presented in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language required; fluency in English is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and experience with ordering supplies
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
- Biometric passport for international travel (including India) required for this position
