Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and staff performance, are up to our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and return business
- Create schedules for staff and oversee their performance, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Al-Malikiyah (Preferably Syrian or Middle Eastern nationality)
