Job Title: Facade Maintenance Technician



As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of building facades in Svalbard. This part-time position offers a salary of 1800$ and includes accommodation. We welcome candidates of all genders, with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and touch-ups on facades as needed
- Clean and maintain exterior surfaces, including windows, walls, and roofs
- Install new facade components as needed
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work and report any major issues to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade maintenance or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with building facades
- Good physical stamina and strength for carrying out repair work
- Ability to work independently and follow directions from supervisors
