Industrial Architect - Contract Position in the US



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in the US. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and compliant with regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and proficiency in relevant software. This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and airfare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings and facilities based on client requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess existing conditions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review contractor bids and manage construction contracts
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects or interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel for site visits
