Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to create plans and blueprints for factories, warehouses, and other industrial facilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, located in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of architectural plans for industrial projects
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client requirements
- Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to travel for site visits as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on industrial projects is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Experience with sustainable design principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
