We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. This is a contract position suitable for men, with no English language requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. Your main duties will include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Project Manager in the Indian job market. You should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. Proficiency in Russian is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates to management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Indian job market
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Russian is preferred but not required
