Facade Specialist

A reputable construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the external appearance of buildings, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing facade systems for new construction projects.
- Conducting site inspections and surveys to identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of the building's facade.
- Selecting suitable materials for the facade based on cost, durability, and design requirements.
- Overseeing the installation of facade systems and ensuring they meet safety standards.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on existing facades to identify any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Specialist in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
