Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Porto, Portugal

As an Online Consultant for our E-commerce company in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, as well as assisting with order processing and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or sales position. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building strong relationships with our customers. Additionally, proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation options for our employees to help with relocation to Porto if needed. We provide free visa sponsorship and cover the cost of your ticket to Porto.
