Our busy roofing company in Os is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team. As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month with the potential for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a roofer
- Experience in supervising roofing projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy materials
- Must have own visa and accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure that work is being completed according to project plans and specifications
- Train and manage a team of roofers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular safety inspections on job sites to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Troubleshoot problems that may arise during construction or installation processes.
